You can begin to develop an understanding about what’s happening with your child and within your family dynamics. REBT and CBT are evidence-based therapies widely used by Mental Health Professionals across the globe. CBT has to be understood as an umbrella term that is used for psychotherapy. On the other hand, REBT is one of the earlier forms of psychotherapy that influenced the formation of CBT. The programme aims at training the learner in dealing with specific childhood problems and challenges through the evidence based techniques of CBT and REBT.
