The CBT & REBT Mentorship Program is an online, practical upskilling program for mental health professionals seeking to strengthen their therapeutic skills through mentor-led teaching, demonstrations, supervised practice, feedback, and professional guidance. The program focuses on the practical application of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), observing therapy sessions, practising therapy skills with peers, developing confidence in conducting full-length sessions, and refining clinical skills through supervision. The mentorship is primarily hands-on and is not designed as a comprehensive theoretical training program; participants seeking broader, extended theoretical coverage are directed to the Extended Training Levels 1–4.
