Eligibility:

This Level 2 training program is open to mental health professionals, doctors, social workers, and individuals dealing with clients/patients experiencing anxiety, depression, or Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). While a background in BA/MA/MSc Psychology, PhD, MPhil, MSW, MD, DPM in mental health/psychiatry is recommended, it is not mandatory. Basic understanding of CBT is also recommended.

Participants who demonstrate proactive engagement and a willingness to learn will derive maximum benefit from the training.
