This workshop provides foundational training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Participants will develop practical skills for identifying, assessing, and restructuring cognitive distortions. The workshop covers the ABC assessment framework, levels of cognition, core beliefs, and cognitive restructuring. Participants will also observe or model a full-length session and take part in supervised, hands-on practice.
