Cancellation Policy

Important information about fee, cancellation, rescheduling and refunds. Booking a session: Sessions can be booked online on the website www.morphicminds.com or by contacting the staff. If payments are not received at least 48 hours in advance, the session slot won't be confirmed. Payments on the time of sessions are not accepted. These policies are for the best experience of clients and avoiding appointment clashes and cancellations. Consultation Fees: 45-50 minutes session. 1. Regular Rate: ₹7,000 (Available both online and offline). 2. Reduced Rate for First Consultation: ₹3,500 (Offline only). 3. Follow-up Sessions: ₹3,000 per session (Offline only). 4. Homeopathic Medicines: ₹600 for a 1-month supply. ₹300 for a 15-day supply. --- Refund & Cancellation Policy: 1. Rescheduling a Session: No Fee: Reschedule more than 48 hours before the session. Within 48 Hours: Treated as a cancellation, eligible for a 50% refund. Limit: Sessions can be rescheduled only once. 2. Cancelling a Session: 48 Hours or More Before: Eligible for a 100% refund. 24–48 Hours Before: Eligible for a 50% refund. Within 24 Hours or No-Show: No refund. Note: For online sessions, if you don’t log in within 20 minutes of the start time, it is considered a no-show. Last-minute cancellations cannot be filled by another client. Rescheduling by us: Rescheduling from our end is rare and only in exceptional circumstances (e.g., technical issues). If this happens, we’ll offer a same-day slot or the next available slot based on your convenience. No additional charges will apply.
