For sessions

All sessions (Online/offline) can be reserved by paying the fee in advance.

Rescheduling: No rescheduling charges if done more than 48 hours in advance. Any rescheduling done within 48 hours of the session will be considered a cancellation of the session. A session can be rescheduled only once. Cancellation: 75% refund if cancelled more than 48 hours in advance of the session. 50% refund if cancelled within 48 hours in advance. No refund if cancelled /no show within 24 hours of the scheduled session. If the client doesn’t log in for over 15 minutes without prior notice of the scheduled time, it will be considered a no-show.

Refunds: In the rare case of the client who requires a refund of the fee paid due to any reason, a request must be made on the email with transaction details of the credit, their bank details/PayPal ID to expedite the process. Kindly note that such a request must be made more than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session. Refunds may take up to 15 business days to process.

For training workshops

The workshop fee is non-refundable. If the workshop is cancelled/postponed due to unavoidable circumstances such as COVID, the participant can request a refund of the fee. Only the original fee amount shall be refunded, as any convenience fee the candidate pays for the payment gateway is not received by us. If the candidate is unable to attend the workshop due to any reason, it shall be considered a no-show, however, they can request to carry forward the fee to the next workshop. They will have to pay the difference/receive the difference of the fee if the workshop is of the same title (Eg. REBT level 1).
